The Win32 DLL needs Scriptbasic 1.0 build 30 or higher.

Precompiled Win32 DLL (version 14a, created on a WinNT 4.0 system using MS Visual C++ 6.0 and GTK 1.3):

The Visio DLL is statically linked with the Win32 port of GTK.
