So what is this puzzle resolver?

The Pentomino Puzzle is a puzzle which consists of Tetris-like pieces. Unlike Tetris, the pieces consist of 5 parts, each connected directly. This will deliver 12 unique pieces which can be used to create shapes.

Together with Roeland Verkeste I have written a program to create a solution for all puzzles. The screenshots below demonstrate how it works.

Requirements

The program is written in C++ and will run on the following platforms:

• Linux 2.0 or higher with GTK 1.x (compile with G++)
• Windows 9x/NT/2000/XP with the GTK 1.x port (compile with MinGW)
